Please Note Our Policies When Joining Our Practice
1.Patients that cancel or reschedule more than 2 times in a three month period will be discharged from the practice. 2.ALL new patients will be required to make a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure their appointment; the deposit will be applied to treatment. It is forfeited if you cancel or no call or no show. 3.No call or no show for an appointment for existing patients will result in a $150 fee and immediate discharge from practice. 4.We do not overbook the schedule. When you make an appointment with us, that time slot is guaranteed for you and no one else. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a non-refundable and non-transferable $150 fee. 5.Patients that are more than 10 minutes late will not be able to be seen and number 4 will apply. 6.We do not offer refunds on services or skincare products We are grateful to our patients for understanding these necessary policies for our small business.
